Whispering Hope Ranch

Whispering Hope Ranch, nestled under the Mogollon Rim east of Payson, is home to horses, pot bellied pigs, Shetland ponies and even real live cowboys and cowgirls trained in working with people with special needs. It’s the highlight of the year for residents of Lura Turner Homes. Your contributions cover lodging, meals, transportation, arts and crafts, T shirts, s’mores and more! The camp costs $625 for LTH residents and $650 for non LTH residents. Whether your gift is a full scholarship or a partial one, all donations go toward ensuring that ALL LTH residents and Phoenix Bird Civitans can attend camp. Room and board for a volunteer counselor are $365 for the week.
